DTO VOORDRACHT
DTO Voordrachtformulier (verklaring):
Je eerste stap is dat je het voordrachtformulier van je DTO (verklaring) inlevert bij STEBZ. Dit is een formulier met de goedkeuring van DTO Hoofd Trainingen (HT) dat je het proefexamen op de gewenste examenvakken met goed gevolg hebt afgerond en dat je op examen mag.
Geef het formulier jou naam! Eerst je achternaam, dan voornaam en dan Voordracht SPL (bijvoorbeeld Jansen, Jan - voordracht SPL). Mail dit formulier naar info@stebz.nl
Als STEBZ dit formulier niet van je heeft ontvangen kan je niet deelnemen aan het examen. Dien dit formulier 1 week voor examendatum in.

DTO Declaration Form:
Your first step is to submit the Declaration form from your DTO to STEBZ. This is a form with the approval of the DTO Head of Training (HT) that you have successfully completed the mock exam in the desired exam subjects and that you are allowed to take the exam.
Name the form with your name! First your last name, then your first name, and then Declaration SPL (for example, Jansen, Jan - declaration SPL). Email this form to info@stebz.nl.
If STEBZ has not received this form from you, you cannot participate in the exam. Submit this form 1 week before the exam date.
Nieuwe methode voor deelname examens STEBZ
STEBZ werkt met een nieuw registratie systeem.
Voor deelname aan het theorie examen SPL koop je een Voucher met een waarde.
1 vak kost 26 euro dit is 1 voucher
2 vakken kost 52 euro dit zijn 2 vouchers a 26 euro OF 1 voucher met een waarde van 52 euro
3 vakken kost 78 euro dit zijn 3 vouchers a 26 euro OF 1 voucher met waarde van 78 euro
Enzovoort.
Je bepaalt zelf hoeveel vouchers je wilt halen.
De STEBZ-voucher koop je via MIJN KNVVL/Vouchers klik op aantal vouchers en betaal. Na aankoop ontvang je binnen 2 werkdagen een email met een login en een wachtwoord om in te loggen in het register systeem.
Je gaat vervolgens naar: https://knvvl.lplus-teststudio.de/register/
In het registersysteem zie je een overzicht met datum en tijd. Je kan hier je examen(s) plannen. Als je aan het plannen (boeken) bent zal bij betalen worden gevraagd om de STEBZ Voucher Code in te voeren. Voer in en bevestig.
De factuur van je bestelling vind je in https://mijn.knvvl.nl onder de tab facturen.
Wees op tijd met het boeken zodat je nog keuze hebt in data en tijdstip.

New Method for Participating in STEBZ Exams
STEBZ is working with a new registration system.
To participate in the SPL theory exam, you purchase a Ticket (voucher) with a specific value.
1 subject costs €26 — this equals 1 voucher
2 subjects cost €52 — this equals 2 vouchers of €26 each, or 1 voucher with a value of €52
3 subjects cost €78 — this equals 3 vouchers of €26 each, or 1 voucher with a value of €78
And so on.
You decide how many vouchers you want to purchase.
You can buy the STEBZ vouchers through MIJN KNVVL/Vouchers. Select the quantity you want to purchase. After your purchase, you will receive an email within 2 working days containing a login and password for the registration system.
Note:
Immediately before starting the exam, you can select either Dutch or English. Please follow the instructions provided in the emails you receive after purchasing the vouchers.
Then go to: https://knvvl.lplus-teststudio.de/register/
In the registration system, you will see an overview of available dates and times. Here you can schedule your exam(s). During the booking process, you will be asked to enter your STEBZ Voucher Code for payment. Enter the code and confirm.
You can find the invoice for your purchase in https://mijn.knvvl.nl under the Invoices tab.
Please make sure to book your exam on time so that you still have a choice of dates and times.

Dit zijn volledige examendagen. Je kiest de datum en het tijdstip zodra je de vouchers hebt gekocht en per e‑mail de inloggegevens voor het registratiesysteem hebt ontvangen.
These are full examination days. You choose the date and time once you have purchased the vouchers and received an email with your login details for the registration system.

Let op, dien je voordracht in bij info@STEBZ.nl zonder geldige voordracht is deelname niet mogelijk.

Tarieven / Rates:
1 vak Euro 26,- (incl. BTW) = 1 voucher
Je hebt 18 maanden de tijd om alle vakken te halen met een maximum van 4 pogingen per vak in genoemd tijdvak van 18 maanden. De periode van 18 maanden gaan in zodra jij je eerste examen hebt gedaan in een vak. Het maakt niet uit of je nu geslaagd of gezakt bent, dit is de startdatum van je 18 maanden.
You have 18 months to pass all subjects, with a maximum of 4 attempts per subject within the mentioned 18-month period. The 18-month period starts as soon as you take your first exam in a subject. It doesn't matter whether you pass or fail, this is the start date of your 18 months.
